"Hello, Ladies! I am a woman's advocate, motivational speaker, weight - lifestyle management consultant, and soon to be Goddess Bellydance instructor. 
Health and Wellness is my passion and helping women cultivate their fabulous curves, body's, mind's, and soul's is my purpose."
Owner/Creator Tenika Y. Joyner has created the S.U.G.A.R. Fitness Brand to share her successful empowering Lifestyle & Weight-loss Journey with women of all shapes/sizes & backgrounds. Tenika not only provides a luxury fitness studio in High Point, NC with fitness classes to cultivate fabulous curves she also: shows women how to be confident, how to love their bodies, how to inspire men to treat you as an irresistible creature worthy of great love and adoration, how to create non-competitive, meaningful and fun relationships with other women, and how to make every day feel like a vacation!! 

Where did my inspiration for this sassy & sexy powerhouse fitness concept come from?
Gym's can be intimidating for some women. I know when I started my body transformation (now at 157 pound weight-loss), I couldn't stand the thought of going into a gym with beautiful, fit people everywhere. Women can come into the luxurious atmosphere of S.U.G.A.R. Fitness and cultivate themselves in a confident & comfortable atmosphere.

What does S.U.G.A.R. have to offer the health-conscious women of the Triad?
We offer memberships, drop-in rates, group classes, yoga, bootcamps, personal training, and weight & lifestyle management consulting. 
We also offer S.U.G.A.R. Parties: Girl's Night Out & Bachelorette Parties. These parties include a sassy class such as: Lap Dance, Burlesque, Bellydance, and StripTease (no nudity).

Typical Client?
13 year old coming with their mom to the fiery 60 year old. All women, although we welcome anyone. 

Advice for ladies who are ready to live a healthier lifestyle?
GET STARTED & NO EXCUSES!!! Set your goals, write them down, and stay focused. Get a support system, staying encouraged is so important. Surround yourself with like-minded individuals that are dedicated to fitness and being healthy. INVEST IN YOUR HEALTH!! Financial health is directly correlated to your physical health.
